Parenting Wisely is a free, evidence-based online program designed to improve family communication and reduce conflict.
There are two separate versions of the program based on the age of the youth in the family.

Cortland Prevention Resources provides evidence-based prevention services and educational programs focused on substance use and behavioral health wellness. We serve children, teens, adults, and families across Cortland County.
Through partnerships with local agencies, schools, and businesses, we promote healthy communities with workshops, trainings, and policy initiatives. Our work includes preventing underage substance use, supporting behavioral health, and creating positive alternatives for youth.
